| Do you ever need to send the same e-mail to multiple friends or colleagues and don't want them to think it is just another 'blanket' shot? Do you send out newsletters or information which is basically the same but to which you wish to make some small personalised changes? Do you find yourself cutting and pasting the same material between mutliple e-mails? If any of this sounds familiar then mailMaker may be able to help. With mailMaker you can set up a list of recipients using the OS X address book or by typing in the addresses, add attachments (drag and drop or from file dialog boxes), add a subject line, and then add your main text. Then, with one simple click of a mouse, send your e-mails to your default e-mail application for 'personalisation' and mailing (MailMaker currently supports Apple Mail, Eudora, Microsoft Entourage and Mailsmith). |
